Cheryl Gladney

Cheryl Gladney is a native of Silicon Valley from Menlo Park, California. She grew up in a middle-class family collecting rent for her mom at 13 years old as the youngest of 7 children and purchased her first home in California at 23.

She has extensive real estate management, budgeting, and sales experience. She is a Course Creator, Real Estate Investor, Author, Mom of two, Wife, CEO, and Business Leader who has negotiated, purchased, and sold properties worth over 7+ million dollars in today’s value.

She is the Founder & CEO of Gen Strategy® and created a global online course, Growing Wealth in Real Estate®, for students to learn how to purchase real estate investments, duplicate the process, and grow wealth in real estate.

Over the years she has held jobs as a University and Human Resources Administrator, Grant Writer, Realtor, and Classroom Teacher. She was a part of the Distinguished Speaker Series, “Women in Business/Entrepreneur” seminar.
